Purchase Protection covers all eligible purchases where PayPal is used, as well as payments made through our website. Your copy of the software shall be emailed to you within a few hours after purchase, along with installation and registration instructions.

Unless the product itself is faulty or not as described we do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is downloaded.

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumers may be entitled to a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where goods are faulty or not as described. This also pertains to digital downloadable software.

Please note that trading involves speculation and it is risky to your capital.
